Each patient gets their own user, regardless of partner, that gives you a direct insight into appointment bookings, journal notes, treatment protocols, sample responses, prescriptions and much more.
Included in the portal is a communication tool that allows you to send direct messages to us. All you have to do is create a user.
Please note that you may receive messages by email and sms from Klinikk Hausken where we ask you to check your portal. This is where we are going to put all the information about your treatment going forward and where we are going to communicate digitally.
Of course, we are always available by phone and by mail, but the portal is a great tool that will maintain your privacy and make your everyday life easier.
