The reason we invested in EmbryoScope™ was to select better embryos for our couples, and we do!
Klinikk Hausken was the first clinic in Norway to adopt EmbryoScope™ and was also the first worldwide to use this in standard clinical use. Since we installed the first machine in the summer of 2011, we have seen that this has been beneficial, and since 2012 almost every embryo has been grown in an EmbryoScope™. Now the birth figures from 2012 are clear and that means we can measure how much impact we have had by using this as a standard. And the effect is great!
Compared to the time before we started using EmbryoScope™, we have increased the number of children born per embryo returned by 24 percent.
This shows that the decision to bet on EmbryoScope™ was the right one, and that many couples have fulfilled their dream of having children because of this.
